I had a get-to-know-you chat with HR Rina, lasting about 30 minutes. They asked me to talk about my background and goals. Then, they explained the role. No tough technical questions yet, as those are for later. They also didn't ask about strengths or weaknesses. It was a chill, informal introductory interview.

The initial interview was quite thorough. The recruiter was easy-going, informative, and polite. This lasted for an hour and was followed by a cognitive assessment and a self-presentation video interview, which felt unnecessary after the first hour. The position has been open for a while, and updates between stages take a long time.

I had one face-to-face interview round. They started by asking for my introduction, then inquired about my HR experience. Since I'm not a fresher, they asked about my current job roles and responsibilities. After that, I was asked to wait, and later they called me back to inform me that I was selected. The overall experience was good.
