I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with the interview process. They included a link to pick a time for a video call. I picked a time, made sure my calendar was clear that day, joined the call, and no one showed up. I emailed back saying I could meet another day if that works better for them, but I didn't hear back. They totally ghosted me.

Had a great initial chat with a recruiter. As I moved through the interviews, I got a great vibe from the people at Rimsys – they are outstanding, really easy to talk to and get along with. It seems like a very respectful place and I could easily see myself having a long career there. I did end up accepting a different offer, but Rimsys was a very close second because their package was competitive.

I had a really nice introductory call with the TA partner. Matthew was very friendly and told me a lot about what Rimsys does and how it affects various markets. Even though the salary wasn't what I was hoping for, I really liked our chat! Matthew even said he'd consider me for future openings because he was impressed with me. You can tell they genuinely care about people, and it's reflected in their employee reviews. It's refreshing to have a positive call with a company in this tough job market, even if it doesn't lead to an offer.

The interview process for the Sales Executive role began with a meeting with the Sales Manager. This was followed by a panel interview and then a presentation. While the outline for the presentation was provided in advance, they asked for a copy several days before the presentation date. The presentation requirements were quite demanding, needing many hours of prep. I had to present buying personas, buying cycle, and value proposition, all using Rimsys products, and finish with an example of a lost deal from my previous job. Unfortunately, they selected another candidate but didn't offer basic professionalism or respect by providing feedback. Given the significant preparation time, this was a really negative experience. They were very strict about receiving the presentation ahead of time for review, yet they couldn't spare a few minutes to give me any feedback. My emails asking for feedback were ignored.
