The interview was split into two parts: first, a 20-30 minute phone call with a recruiter, and second, a 30-40 minute video interview with two SEO specialists. Both interviews included some behavioral questions and some knowledge-based questions, with a stronger emphasis on the knowledge aspect. Make sure to research thoroughly beforehand. All interviewers were really friendly, approachable, and knew their stuff. They were patient and seemed interested in teaching me as much as testing me. If you do well, they'll probably compliment you on the spot!

The office environment and culture seem really nice, with lots of company events supporting the office vibe. They got back to my resume quickly. The recruiter I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. She just went through my resume and asked about my interest in the role. I haven't heard back in about a week, so I'm assuming I won't get a response. I have a strong resume and relevant work experience, but I haven't worked specifically as an SEO specialist before. I figured it would be okay since I heard they offer training, but maybe they're looking for candidates with more experience or who have specifically been SEO specialists.

Applied online and then HR hit me up for a preliminary phone interview. It was super easy with some basic questions. About a week later, I got an email for an on-site interview. I met with two account/team managers at the RKG office. This round was a bit tougher, but still pretty easy. They didn't make me do a "brain teaser" or solve a problem on a whiteboard like some other accounts do. Everyone was nice and professional, it was a comfortable interview. About half a week later, I got a phone call asking for a third interview on site. I'm going to that later this week but Glassdoor wants this review NOW. I'll update this afterwards.
