The interview process was well-structured. Since it happened during covid, everything was virtual. We had three rounds: the first was with the operations manager, the second with the department manager, and the third with the branch manager.

Went through a recruiter. Then had one interview with the manager and other team members. Manager was critical of the type of IT experience I had. This is understandable, however he was negative in describing how my skills aligned with his department.
