The interview process at Riley Children’s Hospital was pretty simple and fast. It took about 1-2 weeks from when I applied to get through the first steps. The process was organized, and communication was clear and on time, which helped everything move along. It was a good experience, and I liked how quickly they handled it, especially since hiring in healthcare can be so hectic.

The hiring process moved really quickly at first, with lots of interview requests. One meeting involved the team I would be managing, though not everyone on the staff attended. They didn't ask many questions about management itself, focusing more on project-related topics. Towards the end, their communication slowed down, and I had to initiate contact.

It was 3 separate interviews all in one day, plus a shadow opportunity. It can be mentally fatiguing so be prepared to answer rapid questions with three different people and then again throughout the day. The department seems to understand the field, questions however are targeted to hospital RT assuming you’ve worked with co-workers. Majority of us are 1099 community based so this doesn’t apply very well.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker?
