Sales Engineer
This interview process was ridiculously long. First, there were essay questions on the application. Step 2 was a written exam. Step 3 was an interview with the hiring manager. Step 4 was an interview with the director of sales and an Account Executive team lead. Step 5 was an interview with another director of sales. Steps 4 and 5 didn't really mean anything since it was just them getting a vibe check on how you'd fit in with sales.

Business Consultant
The interview process overall was cumbersome. I understand it is important to ensure that a potential candidate is a strong fit, but a 5-week process meeting with HR, Managment, the team and presenting is a lot of time dedicated by the applicant. The interview with the team members did prove to be more about them, than you as a candidate yet the impression I had, was they really make the final decision overall. I was never asked about my skill set and how I felt it would apply to the position. Things were a little strange when one of the team members googled my address to see how far away, I lived in compassion to them. I understand that remote work is a different aspect, but it could make someone feel really uncomfortable to know that team members were looking into things that deeply VS HR. Maybe that particular team member does not have strength in the recruitment process?

Manager
I was contacted for an initial virtual interview with a recruiter. She asked what my name was and what role I was applying for. She then searched for my resume. The questions were straightforward, but she spent the last 10 minutes discussing the company and left no time for my questions. The call ended with next steps and I was told I'd hear about my candidacy in about a week. This was over a month ago and I've been ghosted.

- What makes you interested in this company?
Account Services Representative
I spoke with a few team leads. They were curious about my background and my aspirations. They also seemed genuinely interested in my hobbies and activities outside of my professional life.
- Can you share your experience with CRM systems?
- How have you handled documentation in previous roles?
- What are your future career aspirations?
