I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Both went well and they asked relevant questions about my sales experience, previous jobs, and my skills. I also did a ride along with a coordinator, which was very helpful and gave me a good understanding of the role.

So I had a phone chat with the hiring manager and then they had me come in for an in person interview. I felt like it went well, I liked learning about the service and they said I'd hear back by Friday no matter what. But I didn't hear anything, and then I called them 3 times the next week. They kept saying the hiring person wasn't around but they'd pass on my name and number and she'd call me back. Never happened. Super disappointed with how it went down, really unprofessional.

I applied online and then got a call from the supervisor of sales coordinators a few days later who told me more about the company and the job. We set up an in-person interview for the next week. I drove to McKinney to their new office and the interview was about 25 minutes long. I was shown some videos and asked questions about why I'd like to work there. They said I'd hear back in a week. I got an email a few days later saying I didn't get the job because of my sales and ministry experience. I would have been okay with that but they never asked me about my ministry experience and the supervisor wasn't very nice when I asked for feedback on my interview. I'm glad I didn't get the job though because I ended up getting hired by another company that pays more and offers better career growth.
