This is TRULY an entry level position and they know you don't know everything so you might as well show some initiative and leave a good impression. The process overall was very cordial. Ask genuine questions & reply to theirs with sincerity.

It was a group setting. Very professional yet easygoing. They were transparent about what they needed for the position. Everyone starts at the bottom doing sales so they can understand every aspect of the company. If you can stick with it, there are lots of opportunities for growth.

The job was advertised as a 40hr M-F role that seemed marketing-related, but it turned out to be a sales position focused on getting customers to sign up for Assurance (low-income/free phone) with T-Mobile. This was presented as part of a leadership training program, which wasn't mentioned in the original job description. I was also surprised to be in a group interview without prior notice. While it might be a good fit for some, the bait-and-switch nature of it made me withdraw from the process.

It started with a text to schedule a zoom call, which turned out to be a surprise group interview. If I moved on, I'd get a call that same day to schedule an interview for the next morning. Getting through that meant a third phone interview later that same day. My second interview was also a surprise group interview. I wish the posting mentioned it was door-to-door sales to start, though they said you move up fast.
