It was easy and straightforward, and I got a lot of information. They asked about my related experience and some situational questions. It wasn't stressful and was pretty fast. There was only one round of interviews. They communicated clearly before the interview.

It was an extensive interview process. The interviewer was nice. There were about 8-10 questions in total, mostly about interacting with co-workers and children. Many questions were scenario-based. It seems like they offer great benefits, even for part-time positions.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a video interview with my potential direct supervisor. They told me I was moving on to the next stage, a peer interview. After not hearing back for about a week, I followed up. The recruiter then told me they decided not to move forward with my application. It's fine, but I feel like they should have at least sent a follow-up email instead of making me chase them. If I hadn't followed up, I would have never heard back! I feel like they were just going to ghost me. It was unprofessional, and honestly, it makes me wonder how they treat current employees if this is how they treat applicants.
