Clerical Staff
The interview seemed to go really well and I was expecting a second interview. But after a week of not hearing back, I checked online and saw that my application said I was no longer being considered. I think it would be better to just say 'you are not a good fit for the job' instead of implying there's a future interview.
- What qualities do you value in a manager?
EMT
Applied online, then had a quick 15 min phone screen. After that, I went in for an in-person interview which I thought went okay. They mentioned they'd be in touch with info about different FTEs. Two weeks passed without hearing back. I called the interviewer and left a message, but no one ever got back to me. Would have been nice to get a rejection.
- In what location would you apply a tourniquet?
Certified Nursing Assistant
I had a 3-person interview panel where we talked about my past and current experiences in the nursing field. They also probed my problem-solving abilities and asked about my strengths that would benefit the team.
- Can you share some positive experiences you've had in the healthcare industry?
- Have you encountered any negative situations in your career, and if so, how did you manage them?
- Describe how you dealt with challenging situations from your past work.
Service Desk Professional
Applied on their site in Oct 2017. Didn't hear back until mid-Nov and scheduled an interview for Dec 4. A few days later, HR called to reschedule to the 19th. The day before, HR called again asking to reschedule to Dec 29. On the 29th, I got an email from HR asking if I could come in earlier than scheduled. I agreed and met the hiring manager earlier. I got there a half hour early but had to wait 15 minutes past the scheduled interview time because I had to call through the lobby phone to see if they were coming. The hiring manager interviewed me, complimented my resume, experience, and professional attire. They basically said I was a great fit and they'd like to hire me, but they had to go through HR, who were out for the weekend. I didn't hear back until I sent a second follow-up email, then got a standard rejection saying they hired someone else. I also noticed the job posting was closed before my interview even happened. Don't trust them. They're unorganized, untrustworthy, and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me if I got the job. Very unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experiences?
- What makes you want to work for Ridgeview Medical Clinic?
- Do you know about the history of our company?
