First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ridgeline.
Product Engineer
The interview process kicked off with a company overview, covering the company's direction, values, and products. Then, there were two coding interviews and one high-level system design discussion. Unlike typical leetcode interviews, this part felt more collaborative and discussion-based. Finally, an interview with an executive focused primarily on behavioral aspects, offering insight into company operations and how values are put into practice. It seemed like a great company overall, and the interview process was well-handled, even with COVID constraints.
- What makes you interested in Ridgeline?
Product Engineer
After applying, I got an email pretty quickly asking for my availability for a phone interview. I set up a time, but then the recruiter cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. That happened again, I waited on the call, and was not called. Finally, I got the call on the third day, only to be told that there were only 2 spots left for the position and they already had multiple offers out.
- Can you describe a project that you have worked on and are proud of?
Product Engineer
First, there was a Recruiter Call where we discussed the company and the interview process. Then, a Tech Screen to check coding skills. After that, a call with Engineering Leadership to see if you're a culture fit and help place you on a team. The final step was a Virtual Onsite, which included technical and personal interviews, and also let leadership get to know the candidate.
