The interview process felt pretty straightforward. I did feel like the interviewer could have been a bit more professional with some of the questions and just the overall experience. The salary seems to be different across departments even though the title is the same. Honestly, after going through the interview, I wouldn't want to work here.

The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screen, followed by a 2-hour Zoom interview. This Zoom call included all potential coworkers and people from departments I would work closely with. Approximately 20 people interviewed me. Even though I wasn't offered the position, I would have declined it anyway. The Zoom interview felt excessively long for an entry-level role. The questions they asked were quite unusual and didn't effectively gauge my work ethic or skills. I even felt one interviewer was suppressing laughter at my response. I don't think everyone involved should have a say in hiring decisions; that should be reserved for higher-level staff. This interview experience soured me on Rider as a whole, and I won't be applying for any other roles there.

The interview process was pretty easy. A current employee referred me for the position. I sent my cover letter and resume to the coordinator. Then I had a very brief phone interview with the coordinator. After that, the coordinator invited me for a 1-on-1 interview that lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. I was offered the job and I accepted.

The interview process was very easy to navigate and I really appreciated the structure. The people were very pleasant, and the questions they asked were well-considered. I also enjoyed the campus environment. I met with several individuals on my first day.
