The interview process was smooth. They asked some basic questions to make sure I was a good fit, then had me complete a personality test to determine the best role for me. They were even open to offering me a position starting the very next day. Honestly, it was the simplest interview I've ever gone through. They're not focused on prior experience, just on whether you're eager to learn.

The interview process was pretty standard. First, I spoke with the Director of Talent Acquisition for a recruiter call. Then, I had a classic HR interview with Sherry, which was a great conversation. She then set me up with an interview with the hiring manager the following week. I had a wonderful conversation with him and was offered the job the following day. Unfortunately, I was offered a different position at another company and I went with that offer. But if not for the second offer, I would have accepted the job at RumbleOn, as they were nothing but vibrant, courteous people.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online. The Talent Manager emailed me some questions about my knowledge, and then called me for a first phone interview. After that, she set up a second call with the Marketing Director to discuss my previous job responsibilities in more detail. The day after the second call, I got a follow-up email and call to schedule an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, I met with the Director and a manager, toured the office, and answered more in-depth questions about my experience and how I'd handle certain situations. I was given an at-home assignment to complete and submit within a couple of days. It was time-consuming and made me a bit nervous, but ultimately worthwhile. The day after I submitted my assignment, the Talent Manager contacted me with an offer.

They mentioned that corporate handles the hiring and they were waiting for my application. After I followed up, the manager told me to come back if I hadn't heard anything by week 3. I did, but he wasn't there. A different lady then interviewed me and said they'd call the following week, which they didn't. I kept following up, and they kept saying they were still waiting on corporate and never gave a clear reason why they couldn't provide an answer. I was told twice by two different people that they would contact corporate about my application, but I was never contacted back.
