First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Richman Property Services, Inc..
Fund Accountant
The interview process involved 2 rounds. The first round was a video call with the CFO, and the second round was a phone call with the team. It was a straightforward interview where I was asked to talk about my resume and some behavioral questions. There were no tricky questions.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you handle multitasking?
- Describe your ability to work as a team player.
Corporate Office
I applied through LinkedIn and HR called me the very next day to schedule an in-person meeting with the Hiring Manager. I was invited back for a second interview, and HR was really helpful throughout, making it clear what to expect. The whole process, from applying to getting the offer, took about two weeks, which is pretty fast considering everything. After I got the job offer, HR guided me through all the necessary steps, making the onboarding really smooth. Good communication from the beginning and the HR Rep's efforts to prepare me for the interview and my first day made this a great experience.
- No difficult questions were asked during the interview process.
Property Manager
I applied for the job online on a Tuesday and immediately got an email to set up an interview. All the documents I needed to send were emailed over to me. On Wednesday of the next week, I went for my drug screening. By the following Monday, everything was all set to go. The whole process took 3 days.
- They provided a lot of information and asked if I had any questions or concerns during the interview.
- How much tax credit experience do you have?
- How much Section 8 experience do you have?
Leasing Consultant
I spoke with the property manager for one interview and she was really nice. The questions were pretty basic, focusing on customer service skills. They're looking for someone who can manage resident events for their 5-year-old property, and being bilingual is a big plus.
- Can you describe how you handle challenging situations?
