Presentation Behavioral

First I had an interview with the district Counseling Dept team to get into their counselor pool. For this interview, I had to make a PowerPoint presentation about how I'd set up a complete counseling program on a campus and then answer some questions, which were mostly things I'd already talked about in my presentation. After I was in the pool, they sent me a list of openings in the district and I could call the school's principal to set up another interview.

  • Could you share your greatest success from the previous school year?
