I applied online and heard nothing for weeks. I followed up and eventually had a phone screen with HR. Then, I had a video panel interview. I didn't get the job initially because of contract changes. They kept my info and called me back months later for the Customer Service Representative role. I got an offer, but it was part-time and didn't pay well.

I had an initial interview with HR that was okay, but the next steps took a while to hear back about. When I followed up, it wasn't smooth because they changed the job description. I was told I didn't get it, but then because they changed things, they put me back in consideration. It was confusing, and the HR person was rude, accusing me of talking to the manager. Big mistake on her part not picking her words carefully, so I told her to take me out of consideration. Terrible HR, hope she gets fired for what she said.

I was contacted via email and then phone by someone from an executive search firm. After that, I had a preliminary phone interview with an HR person. Then, I had a phone interview that was a conference call with the department manager, and I think the HR director, and maybe a couple of other people. The last interview was supposed to be on Skype with the department director, manager, and at least one other senior person, but we ended up just doing a phone call because of technical issues.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • The questions asked by the search firm were very general.
  • The questions from the first HR call felt irrelevant to the job.
  • I don't remember the specific questions from the manager, but they did relate more to the job and my experience.

First, I had a phone screening with HR. Then, there was a panel interview. The first interview was more about skills and general experience for the role. The panel interview afterwards was much more challenging, asking for concrete work examples. Thankfully, I had prepared well.
