First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Richard Fleischman & Associates.
Client Services Engineer
The offer was made in writing. The President happened to be in town for a convention and requested to meet with me. The meeting, which included the President and a couple of his associates, lasted about 40 minutes. It seemed to go well. However, about an hour after I left, HR called to withdraw the offer, stating they had confused me with another applicant.
- Can you discuss your background?
- Do you have any general technology-related questions?
Service Desk Engineer
I was approached by the RFA recruitment team. I completed an initial screening, then tests, then further screening up a chain and finally by the Managing Director. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with career goals.
- Can you describe a difficult incident you resolved recently?
Service Desk Technician
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I had a screening call with a recruiter. Then, I met with technical managers and HR. They asked me some role-playing questions, covering both technical aspects and my personality. The focus seemed to be more on personality, though. There was also a computer-based assessment for tech skills, personality, and intelligence.
- If an irate customer calls about an email issue, how do you handle it and what's your main goal?
- What's your immediate objective when responding to an irate customer with an email issue?
Service Desk Associate
It went smoothly and they were very professional from the beginning to the end. Even being short staffed at the time of my interview they stayed in contact with me to assure they covered all their bases. Honestly, I do not think it could have went any better.
- Where do you see yourself going after this role?
