Research Assistant
Applied online, had a pre-screen call with what I think was the lab manager, then got a second call with an offer for an interview. Interviewed with a bunch of people at once, it was pretty intense. Took them 5 weeks to get back to us.
- How would you encourage communication between different departments?
Quality Laboratory Technician
I had a phone interview and then I was invited to see the facility and meet in person. The staff were very personable and friendly. There's lots of space to move around and a team work environment is expected.
- What management style do you prefer?
Field Technician
I met with two people who asked me some basic questions and then I was on my way. They mentioned they would give me a call if I was a good fit. They did call later that day.
- Can you handle the harsh weather conditions?
Financial Analyst
The interviews themselves were great, the people I talked to knew their stuff and were pretty cool. Communication started off fine but then just dropped off at the end and they totally ghosted me. HR wasn't really helpful or responsive.
- Can you elaborate on your experience and past projects?
- What are your aspirations for your career?
