First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Riceland Healthcare.
Business Coordinator
It was a quick and relevant interview process. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and they are considering me for an offer. The office environment felt welcoming.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Pre-Operative Nurse
The interview was super chill and relaxed. They asked about my experience, what I want to do in the future, and what I'm good at and not so good at. They also offer training for certifications like ACLS, PALS, and BLS. I really like my job here and the people I work with.
- Can you tell me about your strengths as a nurse?
IT Administrator
I was haggled into taking a salary less than what I was making when I first entered the industry, as there were multiple offers and back and forth. I was desperate for a job, so I was immediately unsatisfied working there. They have haggled some of my workers down even further, way below what they should be making. The process was very informal, and they were late for the meeting.
- They asked standard questions.
Revenue Specialist
It was a long interview process. The interviewer spent a lot of time explaining the company's day-to-day operations and my job duties. I didn't get the job at first.
- Tell me about your experience working with rural facilities.
