First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Riachuelo.
Store Associate
The interview was super chill and easy. The manager and supervisor who interviewed me were very respectful, and the place was really organized. I dropped off my resume one day around 6:30 PM, and by 7:00 PM the same day, they called me back to set up an interview for the next day.
- Do you have your own transport?
- Where do you live?
- Are you available for closing shifts?
Cashier
The interview was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but we ended up waiting a long time, and it only started close to 1:00 PM. The interview wasn't with the manager, but with a supervisor. The salary is R$948.00 with a 4x3 schedule, meaning 6:30 of work per day. The job involves meeting targets, selling cards, and pushing customers to accept loans. To earn a good salary, you have to work hard to sell all of that. The interview was dynamic.
- Have you ever worked with goals or selling cards?
Cashier
Me deixaram esperando quase 30 minutos após o horário marcado.
