After applying, I was called for an interview on Avenida Paulista. They called me one day in advance and didn't give me much info about the job. When I got there, I found out it was a group interview, and it was clear the recruiter wasn't ready for so many people. He then said he'd interview people one by one because the room was small and couldn't fit everyone. I waited, even though there was no numbered line or anything. As time passed, people started leaving the room faster. When it was almost my turn, the recruiter came out and decided to tell everyone the job details to avoid people constantly going in and out. He shared the hours, salary, and benefits, which were different from the ad. When I found out the hours were at night, many people gave up and didn't even do the interview, including me. I was very disappointed with the lack of organization and transparency from such a big company that claims to be responsible and value its employees.

I first spoke with the recruiter who told me about the job and benefits. A week later, I interviewed with the area managers. It was a very relaxed interview, and I felt comfortable and eager to join the company.

My selection process on 06/06/2022 was very dynamic and interactive, where the young interviewees felt comfortable talking about themselves in front of a large group of people (employers and interviewees). Undoubtedly this is the biggest and best company in the country regarding opportunities, fashion and supporting personal style, undoubtedly Mr. Nevaldo Rocha was right when he bet on this direction.
