It was a slow process with not much feedback and very competitive. But it's achievable! There were many questions, but the interviewers showed little interest and were unwilling to explain the role, but it works out! The feedback was a bit slow, which is an area they really need to improve!

Interview and all processes very fast. It revolves around one to two weeks. 1st stage: They called me on WhatsApp and scheduled an interview with the recruiter, very fast via Zoom app, online interview, about 35 to 45 minutes. 2nd stage: Interview with the manager, via Zoom app, online interview, about 25 to 30 minutes. 3rd stage: Brief call of 4 to 5 minutes, saying welcome and informing about the documentation checklist. 4th stage: Admission exam. 5th stage: Welcome integration.

The process started with a talk about the company, followed by personal introductions. Then, there was an individual activity where each person spoke about a topic chosen by a competitor. Next, a group activity took place where we had to identify who made the biggest mistakes in a client vs. company scenario, even though there wasn't a clear right or wrong, but they wanted to see our stance and if we'd change our minds. Finally, there was a math and logical reasoning test. They didn't get back to me, but I really liked the company and wanted the job.
