Peer Support Specialist
The interview was great. I guess it could be seen as stressful. It was a panel with three interviewers and me, but it was chill. Basically, they asked why I wanted to work in this field, what kind of experience and education I had, and what makes me stand out. Exactly what you'd expect from a peer support interview.
- Why do you think we should hire you?
- What makes you relatable to the guests?
- How would you handle someone with big feelings?
Registered Nurse
Typically, two people interview candidates. In my case, only one person was available. She asked me a few questions, then asked if I had any questions for her, and then she hired me. Since then, I've been involved in interviewing other new nurses. The company doesn't seem to have a set way of doing interviews, so we just ask whatever questions come to mind.
- When are you available to start?
Chief of Communications and Marketing
The application and interview process was very thorough. I first talked to a recruiting specialist who gave me a great vibe about the company overall. Then, I had a conversation with the HR director. Lastly, I did a panel interview with the team that would become my coworkers. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and positive they were.
