I stopped at the second round. The first round was a phone screening with the program manager, and the second round was hosted by three employees. Some very interesting questions were asked.

The interview process involved a quick 15-minute phone screen, followed by a take-home technical task focusing on data science and process management. The final round was an interview covering knowledge of the space, relevant technical tools, and management experience. There were a few weeks between each stage, and all interviews were conducted by the hiring manager. The interviews had a nice, friendly atmosphere, and the questions were really aligned with the job's requirements. I felt like my skills and experience were well understood by the end, regardless of the outcome.

Applying was simple and done online. I sent my availability for a phone interview. About a week after I applied, I got an email asking for a specific date for a phone chat with the hiring manager. The call went well and was friendly. I answered standard questions about my background. I also got to ask some questions. Near the end, the manager asked me about my Python skills. They said they'd get back to me in two weeks about the next steps. Two weeks passed, and they asked for another week to give me an update. They never did. I sent three follow-up messages: a thank you note after the interview and two more to check on the decision based on their timeline. They ended up ghosting me.

The first round was a 15-minute interview. There was no self-introduction, and the questions focused on why I was interested in the role and company, and my understanding of certain policies. I introduced the organization, its funding sources, and the team composition. It was a Q&A format. The questions seemed easy, but I felt I hadn't prepared adequately. I sent a thank-you note afterwards and received a reply, but unfortunately, I didn't pass this initial stage, which was disappointing.
