First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rhodes Enterprises.
Intern
I submitted an online application on the company's website. Then I had a screening and some questions over Zoom, followed by a phone call where I was offered the position. The whole process was pretty straightforward.
- Could you explain your interest in this role?
- What do you consider to be your main weaknesses?
Intern
After you apply, if you get selected, you'll get an email for a screening where a recruiter wants to learn more about you and see if you're a good fit for the intern role. During the screening, they'll ask you some questions, and after that, they'll let you know if you got the job.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are your goals for this internship?
- What makes you want this specific role?
Intern
It was a video chat interview. We talked about my past experiences and education. They asked what I was looking for in the role and what I thought I could bring to the position, and also about the company. I got to ask my own questions too at the end. It was a pretty normal interview.
- What are you looking for in this role?
- What can you contribute to this position?
- How did you find out about our company?
