First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rho.
Team Lead
First, there was a recruiter interview, then a hiring manager interview. After two weeks, I had a business case assessment. A week later, I went through a panel interview. The final decision came after a couple of days following the business case interview. They mentioned it was good overall but didn't provide specific feedback on the decision.
- What makes you want to join eho?
Marketing and Communications Manager
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR) reached out via email to set up a call. The purpose of the call was to get to know me better and talk about the job. After our conversation, she mentioned that after she shared her thoughts with the Marketing team, the next steps would involve two virtual interviews before a final decision is made.
- Can you tell me about your previous roles?
- What's your experience with internal communications?
- Have you done content creation before?
Project Manager
My experience with this company’s interview process was frustrating. After multiple rounds and assessments, I started to question their hiring practices. The team seemed inexperienced and inefficient which showed during the interview process. Current employees mentioned they knew each other prior to being hired, which made it seem like an insider-only circle. If you're not already connected internally, it may not be worth your time. I felt like my time wasn’t valued. Proceed with caution.
- Tell me about a situation where you faced a difficult challenge and had little help.
Statistical Programmer
It began with some basic questions about my programming abilities and when I'm set to graduate. Then there were two standard behavioral interviews. After that, they asked if the salary range worked for me and if I preferred a remote or in-office position. Finally, the interviewer outlined what to expect in the next interview.
- Describe a time you faced a problem and explain your solution.
- Can you tell me about your experience solving a problem?
- How did you solve a problem you encountered?
