Interviewing with Rhino was a stellar experience. They used an awesome recruiter who stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process - calling me before and after every round of interviews to check in. Everyone I met with was kind, thoughtful, and engaged. And I came away from each conversation feeling like I got to share meaningful information about myself while also learning more about my interviewer and Rhino.

I've gone through several interview rounds and followed up multiple times. Unfortunately, I received an automated rejection, which is usually sent when candidates don't even get a first interview. While I understand the need to find the best fit, not providing a proper response or feedback to someone you've spoken with is unacceptable. Even a brief note about finding a better candidate or feedback on technical skills or assessment performance would be appreciated. I believe the company has a great mission, but the hiring process doesn't align with valuing people and respecting their time. The excuse of hundreds of resumes doesn't hold up, as typically only a handful are interviewed. I've received feedback from major companies, so there's no excuse for this lack of professionalism.

The interview process at Rhino was a positive experience. It took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait and made me more excited about each step. The recruiters were helpful, and everyone I interviewed with was kind and knowledgeable. The interviews weren't extremely difficult, but preparation is key. I would have given a positive review even without an offer because the process went so well, and I'm thrilled to be joining this great team!
