First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rhino Staging Solutions.
Scheduling Coordinator
I got called to set up a virtual meeting, it was a Google Meet with two managers (production and operation). The vibe was chill but they asked a lot of questions, mostly behavioral and some random personal ones for fun. They were taking notes, and it lasted about 40 minutes.
- How would your past coworkers describe you?
Stagehand
The interview process was simple, just a phone call. After the call, I was basically offered the job right away. It's a good company to start with in touring/live production.
- Could you tell me about your background in live production or events?
Stagehand
i submitted an online application. then i had a phone interview where we talked about my experience and salary. after that, i completed the hiring paperwork. the whole hiring process was very fast and straightforward.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
Stagehand
The interview process started with a phone call where they asked basic questions about the job and work ethics. They let you know right away if they are interested. If they want you, you go to the office for orientation and you're basically hired. There was no drug test when I was hired, but they can test you anytime. To keep your workers comp, I suggest just quitting your current job.
- What would you do if a physical fight broke out?
