The application process was quick and not too stressful. An interview invitation arrived two weeks after applying. It felt a bit informal and relaxed, which I think is typical for the Principal Investigator's style. I don't believe there's a standard university process for postdocs.

The interview process was smooth and the people I interacted with were nice. I did receive a job offer, but ultimately declined it because I accepted a better offer elsewhere. Despite not taking the role, the interview procedure itself was a positive experience.

A really relaxed setting with about three or four people. They were very professional and asked fair questions. All in all, a very pleasant conversation at eye level. I had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions and initiate interesting discussions.
