First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rheem.
Intern
I had a phone interview, then an interview over Teams with the manager, and then an in-person plant tour. No tough questions were asked. They made an offer about a month later.
- Tell me about your experience working in a team.
Group Coordinator
Super easy, always remember safety quality and training are the #1 concerns. Make sure to brag about yourself a little, don't be nervous. The most they can do is say you're not the best pick, but keep trying. The more you interview, the easier they will be.
- Tell me about your factory experiences.
- Why do you think you are a good fit for this position?
Confidential Profile
It was a quick and simple standard selection process. A consultancy intermediates for some positions, although mostly their internal area handles the selection processes. They are located in Ciudad Empresarial and have parking. The work environment seems relaxed and semi-formal.

Project Engineer
I first spoke with a third-party recruiter who seemed to understand my salary expectations and indicated I was in a good range. However, when it came time for the offer, it was 20% less than my minimum desired salary. When I brought this up with the hiring manager, they dismissed it, saying they didn't know why the recruiter would have said that and didn't seem concerned about the misinformation. It makes Rheem look bad, whether they knew about the lowball tactic all along or if they're just not in sync with their recruiters. I declined the offer.
