First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rhapsody.
Clinical Terminology Specialist
The interview process involved a first interview that went well and lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were mainly about my background and skills for the role. I was then told I would have a second interview with the hiring manager and another team member. However, I never heard back from the recruiter after that, even after sending a follow-up email. I was ghosted and received no update on the process.
- Can you describe your typical daily responsibilities in your current role?
- Is the salary expectation you previously shared still applicable for this position?
Partner
Had a 30 min phone screen with HR, they were responsive and the process felt quick. They asked me to do a personality and IQ test before the next interview. The second interview was scheduled fast, on the same call. Then, I had a Teams interview, 1:1, with a manager who wasn't very engaged. They said I lacked experience, which made me wonder why they bothered interviewing me.
- Can you discuss your work history?
Technical Support Engineer
I sent in my application online and then a recruiter reached out via email to set up a call. After that call, I got an email to arrange a video meeting with the manager. Then, I had a 3-hour session with several team members for interviews.
- Can you share an instance of dealing with a challenging customer and your approach to resolve it?
Program Manager
I had a few basic rounds talking to different team members on zoom. The team seemed nice, but the HR rep was flaky and didn't respond to follow-up emails, though she did read them. Ultimately, I withdrew my application because no one on the applicant-facing side seemed to care about those of us who were told we are 'the top applicants,' and they weren't bothering to respond to messages even at the final stages of the interview process, saying 'I should receive an update in a day or two.' Over a week later and still silence. Message received: Waste of my time. Don't waste yours.
- What is your desired salary range?
