First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RHA Health Services.
Vice President
Had two interviews, the second one was with senior leadership. They didn't follow up or communicate afterwards, which was unprofessional. Both interviews were virtual. They dodged questions about staffing and shortages.
- Can you share your background and experience?
Crisis Clinician
First, I had a phone interview with the regional recruiter where we talked about some locations that aligned with my license. Then, just 3 days later, I went in for an in-person interview with the person who supervises the site.
- Do you have any experience in crisis counseling?
Data Scientist Associate
It was pretty easy to apply for this role. After submitting my application, I was invited to a two-week paid training period. The application itself wasn't challenging, with no difficult questions. However, a drug test is required as part of the screening process. The training period is also paid. The starting wage is $8.50 per hour, and after obtaining your med key, you'll receive a $0.50 increase, making the base pay $9.00 per hour, unless you can move into a House Manager position or higher. Good luck with that!

HR Specialist
I went through an interview with 3 people at a table. It was okay overall, but what came after felt insulting. I'm a recent grad who applied for an HR job. After the interview, one of them asked me to complete an 'interest form.' This form was asking about my interest in a different role, one that paid about $8-$9 an hour, not the job I applied for! They'd already decided I wouldn't get the job I interviewed for. I filled out the form and indicated that the salary was not acceptable. I never heard back from them after that. I can take rejection, but this felt really low.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- How do you find working with others?
- Have you had any interviews since graduating?
