Started with a staffing agency, they did an initial screen. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, and after that, I spoke with someone on the team. The whole thing was pretty quick and professional. They seemed to need someone in a hurry, and they did hire fast.

Behavioral Other

I had an interview through an agency, and it was supposed to be in person, but due to communication issues, it ended up being over the phone, which went well, so I was called in for an in-person interview. Again, there were communication issues internally about where I was supposed to go and who I was seeing. The interview didn't take long. They said they would talk to the agency with their decision. They ended up ghosting the agency and me, which means they just pretended that neither of us existed and chose not to respond. Wasting my and the agency's time. I had expected more from Restoration Hardware, but I guess the motto they have at the front door about respectfulness is just text decoration.
