My interview experience was great. First, I spoke with a team leader, and I was a bit concerned about my lack of call center experience, as I'd never worked in that field before. I felt the interview went really well. I also completed a test. A few days later, I was contacted for a second interview with the Director. When I met with her, I felt like I was going to be hired. She was very encouraging and boosted my confidence.

I saw an ad on Indeed and got a call the next day to come to their West Jefferson location. They asked me to bring my resume, which was unnecessary as the interviewer already had one. The interview felt more like a chat, and with my years of customer service experience, it was easy to answer the questions. Then, unexpectedly, I had to take a test. It involved calculating discounts, item sizes, and shipping prices. The listed shipping price was $99, but with other options, the closest was $95. They said it wasn't timed and there was no pressure, but it didn't feel that way. They also say the test doesn't factor in, but it really does. If you're easily stressed about tests, be warned; it takes longer than you think. I believe they miss out on great customer service center candidates because of this flawed test.

It was a long and tiring process. First, there was a phone screening, and then four in-person interviews. They really tried to get to know me on a personal level. It wasn't a typical interview. They seem to hire the right people but don't seem to focus on keeping them around.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • They wanted to know who I really am, on a personal level.
  • They asked questions to understand my personality.
  • The focus was on getting to know the real me.
