First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RGen Solutions.
Associate Consultant
The interview process was easy. They asked basic questions covering core Java, DBMS, and SQL. There were also DS questions and questions about the core language I studied and the core side.
- Can you explain Oops concepts?
Hadoop Developer
It was a very simple interview process. First, they conducted an aptitude test, and after that, a technical interview was conducted. I want to tell you something important: don't forget your resume or any other document, as it gives a bad impression to the interviewer.
- Could you please tell me something about yourself?
Specialist Global Compensation and Benefits Mobility
I've been through 3 rounds of interviews. The interviews were focused on problem-solving and dealing with ambiguous situations. There were some puzzle questions and a focus on data analysis.
- There were two questions actually? How would you handle an underqualified candidate who believes they are overqualified?
- How do you manage when you have multiple competing priorities?
Business Development
It was an easy interview process but don't be fooled by it. The group interview part felt weird and was short. The job is actually door to door sales, but they won't reveal this information unless you specifically ask them about it.
