First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RF Technologies.
Field Service Representative
It was a really informative interview with lots of interaction. Everyone seemed interested, even people not in my department. They gave a great tour of the work areas. The whole process was very organized and everyone involved was an expert.
- How good are you at finishing tasks?
Sales Manager
The interview process was impressive. It was more of a two-person conversation with the VP of Sales, not the typical one-sided 'tell me about yourself' scenario. The interviewers' goal in the initial phone interview was not just to meet and greet, but more importantly, to establish a fit for the organization. It was a two-way conversation, and the interviewer was very open to answering questions like 'Tell me about the negative reviews on Glass Door.' I hope to work for RFT in the near future. If I am not hired for the position, I will follow this company until I am hired. The first question was 'walk me through your resume highlights.' He then asked, 'What is the difference between an inbound and outbound sales rep?'
- Could you walk me through the highlights of your resume?
- What distinguishes an inbound sales rep from an outbound sales rep?
- Could you tell me about the negative reviews on Glass Door?
IT Director
I applied online and got a call back in less than a week. The interview itself was okay, but the CTO, who was only 30 days into their role, couldn't provide any solid answers about the company. After checking out some Glassdoor reviews, I decided not to go back for another interview. The company culture didn't seem like a good fit for me.
- What do you consider most important in a company?
Account Manager
Started with a recruiter call, then a phone call with the VP of sales. They also made us do a bunch of personality and IQ tests to sort people. After the tests, I was invited to their office for a panel interview and had to give a technical presentation to a group.
- What makes you want to join XYZ?
