I got a call from the corporate recruiter after I applied online and we talked a bit about my background. Then, they set up an onsite interview with the direct managers and some peers. Later on, there was another onsite interview with business partners. They handled everything really well and professionally.

Claims Administrator
Got into the interview process through a friend who passed my resume to the hiring manager. The hiring manager emailed me about a week later to set up an in-person interview. It was a panel interview with three managers, and they asked pretty standard questions about my skills and things like that. It felt pretty relaxed. They got back to me in under two weeks with a job offer.
