The interview process was pretty simple. It included a behavioral interview focusing on my resume and past experiences. I met with HR and then potential supervisors. I'd recommend researching the company beforehand to get a good grasp of their values, mission, and any key data that makes them stand out.

Behavioral Case

This company acts like it's diverse but it's not. I felt discriminated against by the sales manager and district manager who interviewed me. They told me I was a strong candidate after the interview, and I have over 12 years of sales experience and a BA degree, so I should have gotten the sales role. It seems like they only hire white people. It's sad that this still happens in 2024. Minorities should avoid this company.

Behavioral

The whole process took ages. I applied and heard back from a recruiter about two months later. This recruiter was super unresponsive and didn't even seem to know much about the role itself. After that initial chat, I was supposed to have an in-person interview, but it got pushed back twice! When it finally happened, it felt really cold, more like an interrogation than an interview. There were several people interviewing me at once, and they just read off a list of questions, taking notes on my answers. It seemed like they weren't that interested in my actual skills or background, just whether I could tell a good story in the STAR format, basically if I could lie well. I didn't hear anything for a week after that, so I reached out to my recruiter, who ghosted me again. Another week went by, I tried again, figuring they must be swamped. Still no response. I eventually gave up. Then, two months later, I got a rejection email saying they found someone with a more fitting background, which was odd since I met all their requirements. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company. They wasted so much of my time, made me rearrange my schedule multiple times, and the interview felt more like an interrogation by people who think they're better than everyone else.
