First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rexford Industrial.
Due Diligence Analyst
Got contacted by the recruiter about a week after I applied. The interview process was fast, with three video interviews: one with the manager, one with a senior person, and one with a C-suite exec. The questions were pretty standard, not really analytical or deep. But then, after I tried to follow up a few times, the recruiter just went silent, which was annoying because sending a rejection takes no time at all.

Associate Product Manager
I was referred to a recruiter who was great. She prepped me for the interview, helped me with salary questions, and answered everything I asked. She even sent me articles to help me prepare. She also gave me advice on what to wear. I met several people in the office across two interviews. I spoke with HR, some PMs, and spent a good amount of time talking with the recruiter again. She was excellent, helped negotiate my desired salary, assisted with giving my notice to my current employer, and was just really nice.
- Can you describe how you structure your daily tasks?
Portfolio Manager
First, there was a recruiter call to go over the basics and make sure we were on the same page about expectations. Then, I had an onsite interview with a local Senior Portfolio Manager and the VP of Property Operations from the corporate office. The interview felt pretty relaxed and informal, with the interviewers dressed casually. It was friendly and informative, and the questions were pretty standard and straightforward.
- Could you describe your budgeting experience and your readiness to immediately take on budgeting responsibilities?
Executive Assistant
The interview process included a mix of video calls and in-person meetings. I first spoke with the HR manager over the phone, then had a video call. After that, I had video meetings with the executive who needed the EA and the current EA, as this role would be part of a two-person EA team. The next step involved in-person meetings with the executive and EA. Finally, I had a video call with the co-CEOs.
- Do you have any questions regarding the business?
