I got a call to come in for a formal interview. It was with three managers from different departments all at once. The interview was about 30 minutes. They also introduced me to a bunch of people in different departments. Around 3 weeks later, HR called and said the job was mine if I wanted it. Before I started, I had to go to a Rex orientation and make sure all my vaccines were up to date, which they paid for.

The interview was super easy, no tough questions at all. Just asked about my previous job, what I could contribute to the department, a time I really went the extra mile for a patient, my skills, and if I'm okay with asking patients for payments.

I got the intro through a friend at the company. I met the team leader before the official interviews. Then I had a phone interview which went well, with typical behavioral questions. After that, I had a one-on-one interview, and then a week later, a group interview. For the group interview, they gave me some scenarios beforehand so I was ready.

I only had one interview with the manager, after that, they walked me around the floor so I could meet some of the staff and see the unit. The whole thing from applying to getting hired took about 2 weeks.
