Technical Case Behavioral

We had a few interview rounds with the team members. It was a mix of technical questions, a case study, and behavioral questions. All the questions were very focused on data analysis and technical skills. They also cared a lot about if you can explain technical stuff to people who aren't technical.

We had an initial phone screening with the recruiter, then a second round over Microsoft Teams with the team. The interviewers were very rude and accusatory, questioning if I was actually the one interviewing and if someone else was speaking for me. It was quite an unpleasant experience.

Behavioral Technical

I got contacted by a recruiter to set up an initial phone screen. After waiting for three weeks, they asked if I wanted to do a panel interview with their team. The first phone screen was pretty basic, asking about my current job, if I knew about the company, and what I expected for salary, with hardly any questions about the actual job. The panel interview felt more like they were trying to sell me on the role, as they only asked two questions – one about my studies and another about my personality. In the end, I didn't get the job, and the whole thing took more than a month.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter was super nice and helpful. She asked about my background and schooling, plus what I expected to make. She then set up a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. After that, the recruiter called again and arranged an on-site interview (it took about two weeks to set up since the hiring manager was traveling). Everyone there was really friendly, respected my time, and asked what I figured they would. I was hoping to get an offer, but it didn't happen. It seemed like a good place to work.
