It was a really well-run interview process, and even though it was tough, they communicated everything very clearly. Everyone I met was nice, and the structure and questions they asked were straightforward. I didn't end up getting an offer, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience. It felt like a good company culture, and I'd definitely consider applying again.

So I had a screening call with a talent partner first. Then came the first round with the hiring manager, which was a problem solving interview. They gave me some advice beforehand, saying they really wanted to see my problem solving skills. Basically, they presented me with a business problem and wanted me to explain my approach. The guidance also mentioned that it wasn't about finding a specific solution, as there could be many right answers; the evaluation was focused on the problem solving aspects. Unfortunately, I got rejected after this stage, and the feedback I received was about the solution I came up with during the exercise.

Another part was a UX design assessment where you look at a screen and discuss potential improvements, your goals, and prioritization. Lastly, a motivation and leadership interview involved a deep dive into your CV, asking about every role and why you left. They might also ask what your previous managers would rate you.
