So the whole process had 3 parts. First, a quick chat with the recruiter to go over my experience and why I'm interested. Then, I had an online interview with the hiring manager, where we talked about my past projects and how I function in a team. Finally, there was a technical interview.

The interview process involved multiple rounds and online assessments. I successfully passed the assessments and two interview rounds focusing on skills and problem-solving. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the final 'bar raiser' interview. During this last interview, it seemed like Revolut assigned an interviewer who wasn't relevant to the role I applied for. This interviewer appeared uninterested and conducted the interview perfunctorily, based on their facial expressions. It's notable that this interviewer was from a country often associated with favoring domestic hires, which could indicate unconscious bias. Revolut might consider reviewing hiring and rejection statistics for such interviewers, broken down by applicant nationality, to detect this. The first two interviewers were great, engaged with my responses, and their questions were relevant to the role.

The first interview is with HR, who will introduce the role you're applying for and then ask you to present yourself and share your experience. The next interview is a psychometric test with 40 questions in 20 minutes. The following interview is about problem-solving, lasts 45 minutes, and you'll be given information beforehand to prepare.
