The skills interview was a nightmare. It felt rushed, impersonal, and took place in a loud, open office with no real interaction. It was like they were just checking boxes. When I asked for clarification, the interviewer seemed annoyed. I wanted to leave after just five minutes. Honestly, this is the worst interview I've ever had, and it makes me reconsider wanting to work for Revolut. Their approach really hinders their ability to attract good people, which is surprising for Revolut.

Behavioral Technical

This was a really poor process, had to wait 2 months for 2 interviews to be scheduled. Wasn't told what the process would be or what the interview stages were. Had an interview with someone who shouldn't be interviewing, they didn't remotely understand the role at all and asked situation questions that had no direct relevance to the role. And it was clear they didn't even understand what answers they were looking for.

So, there were 4 stages. First and second interviews were with HR. For the third, I'm not entirely sure if it was with the team or the hiring manager. The fourth stage involved a business case presented to a random employee.
