It was a quick process. Started with a Zoom call, then a group interview where a couple of questions were asked. After that, they talked about the company and their work. The questions they asked were thoughtful.

It was a thorough and in-depth interview process. Lots of behavioral questions and questions about your interests and future goals. The hiring manager seemed easygoing and really wanted to teach about financial literacy to provide better services and knowledge.

Behavioral Presentation

This was one of the most impressive hiring processes I've seen. From start to finish, it was seamless. The initial phone call with HR really set the stage. I felt like I was chatting with a friend, and they genuinely got to know me and my strengths, not just trying to get me in for an interview. I was super excited to come meet them. My interview was about an hour and a half, sitting down with the CEO. He was totally transparent about the company, all the goals, growth opportunities, and compensation for the role. Every single question was answered, and I really felt he was genuine and had such a strong passion for what he does. I also got to see a day in the life before accepting the position, and I realized the role was a great fit for me and the growth opportunity was endless.

The interview process is very simple and easy. However, they lie to you about the job. They try to make it sound more exclusive than it really is. The will throw around numbers saying you will make this and this a week. False. They will say you will be your own boss and etc. False. The environment is fake. Everybody acts friendly but they all are not really a team.
