First, you gotta send in your resume with your reasons and goals for wanting to be an ambassador. If you pass that, they'll shoot you an email back. Then comes a "social media challenge"—basically, free promotion for them. You'll need to post and share stuff, showing off your Revolt spirit. They'll pick more people after that. Next up, there's a Skype interview with two ladies who will grill you on a bunch of things. Heads up: your Skype time is based on PACIFIC Time, not EASTERN! I almost missed my interview because they were three hours behind me. They asked a lot of questions to gauge my dedication and stuff. After that, you'll get another email if they decide to pick you. The final email involved a super long wait, and the anticipation was making me nervous, especially since I had to book a hotel and take time off school. I got the email and started mapping out my trip to Miami for the conference.

The HR team was very slow to respond, taking four days to get back to me after I provided my availability for a phone interview. Then, when the scheduled phone interview time arrived, it started 30 minutes late. I had to email HR to see if it was still happening, and she apologized, saying she got 'caught up doing something.' After that, another phone interview was scheduled with the head of the department. This person was extremely rude and seemed annoyed to be conducting the interview. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received any communication about whether I'm moving forward. It was a terrible experience, and the company's reviews are also bad, so I'd advise others to avoid it.

I submitted my resume online. The CFO's Assistant called me the next day to schedule a meeting for 3pm. At 2pm, I started to review my notes. At 2:55pm, the Assistant called to reschedule for 6pm because the CFO was unavailable. I said no due to a doctor's appointment and commuting. We rescheduled twice, and I finally spoke with the CFO. The interview seemed okay until he received two phone calls and put me on hold for 15 minutes, then another 20 minutes. When we finally spoke, I was thrown off and he asked the same questions, seeming annoyed. I wasn't selected because they thought I lacked media company experience (false, I worked at a sports league for 8 years) and didn't have a CPA (I was working on it). The experience wasn't great, and the CFO's interaction bothered me. I'm glad I didn't go further. I now work for a great Media Company; Revolt's loss!

HR reached out to me, said they were impressed with my resume and wanted to meet the next day virtually. They said they'd send the link shortly. The next day, I still hadn't received it. I waited until 30 minutes before the scheduled interview and asked them to resend it, but still no response. I was really disappointed. I missed class, prepared extensively, and reserved a room at my school for this. The interviewer never sent the link, didn't respond, and didn't reschedule. I waited an hour after the interview hoping they were just busy or forgot, but they never reached out.
