HR Generalist
Submitted application online and completed interviews via Zoom. The initial conversation was with the recruiter, covering fundamental aspects of my employment background. Following that, I spoke with the CEO, where we discussed similar topics, but it felt more like a natural dialogue, which was a positive experience.
- What management style do you prefer?
Web Developer
The interview process is pretty straightforward. First, there's an initial screening. After that, they'll invite you for an in-person interview. If you do well in that, you'll get the offer letter.
- Could you please introduce yourself and elaborate on your past experience?
Designer
I got contacted really fast after applying online. First, there was a phone call where they asked basic questions and talked about the company. The call was a great conversation, and they said they'd let me know soon. It's a smaller agency, so I don't get why they wouldn't reply. - Could you tell me about your background?
Account Director

- What past mistakes can you share?
- How have you handled working in an ambiguous or unclear environment?
