Submitted application online and completed interviews via Zoom. The initial conversation was with the recruiter, covering fundamental aspects of my employment background. Following that, I spoke with the CEO, where we discussed similar topics, but it felt more like a natural dialogue, which was a positive experience.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. First, there's an initial screening. After that, they'll invite you for an in-person interview. If you do well in that, you'll get the offer letter.

I got contacted really fast after applying online. First, there was a phone call where they asked basic questions and talked about the company. The call was a great conversation, and they said they'd let me know soon. It's a smaller agency, so I don't get why they wouldn't reply. Their website says they always reply, but they never did, even after I emailed to check on my application status. It was a bad experience, and I'm kind of glad I didn't get a chance.

So, over about four weeks, I had seven phone interviews, each about 30 minutes long. They also required this 2-hour homework assignment. After all that, I saw the job was posted again on LinkedIn, so I checked in with the recruiter and, surprise surprise, I didn't get it.
