The hiring process involved numerous interviews and a considerable amount of time for them to respond. There was a project-based test component, but overall, the experience wasn't negative.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
- What exciting projects have you worked on?
Account Manager
It was a horrible experience. I was recruited for two different roles. After 3 rounds of interviews, the feedback was really positive. The day after the first interview, I thought I was going to get an offer, but then I was told that the job was re-evaluated and the title changed to a higher level. This happened twice in a month for different teams and roles. The interviewers were also new to the company, only a couple months in.
- Are you comfortable with the demands of "agency life," including potential late nights and weekend work?
Project Coordinator
I talked to the recruiter on the phone first, and then did two virtual interview rounds. It was a pretty fast process with pretty easy questions. It's an entry level position, no experience was needed.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- What are your main skills?
- What makes you want to work in the advertising industry?
Copy Supervisor
The interview was conducted over Zoom and went quite smoothly. The interviewers were pleasant, and I felt welcomed right away. They inquired about my professional background and showed genuine interest in my previous work. I was also clear on who to contact for follow-up.
- Can you tell me about your experience in this industry?
