I interviewed with three people, and it turned out I'd be working with some of them. The whole experience was really nice, and I'd suggest this place to others. I think there were three rounds in total.

There were three in-person interviews, each lasting 30-45 minutes, with a manager, senior consultant, and the VP of People. It was mainly a friendly chat about my goals and ambitions, and everyone was nice and helpful.

So I was first introduced to RevGen by an EVP from Prodigy Resources, who's a recruiting company. After that, a recruiter from RevGen interviewed me. They mentioned it was a 4-month contract to hire role. Then, I had a technical interview over the phone with a Senior Consultant who seemed to have a similar background to mine. The next day, they invited me for a face-to-face interview at their office. I had two 30-minute sessions with different people, followed by another 30-minute session with one of the EVPs. The day after that, the EVP called to offer me a full-time position, which was different from the initial contract to hire plan.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The EVP was really observant and seemed to be scrutinizing me, like I was being assessed very carefully.

Started with a phone screen, then went to the office for three interviews with different managers. They were really focused on how I'd fit in and contribute. They kept asking about my specific role in past projects and how I made a difference.
