This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. They started the call by asking 'So, why are we on a call today?'. It only got worse from there, leaving me with a very unpleasant impression of the company. I wouldn't recommend it.

The legal interview process is pretty standard and straightforward. You'll likely meet with several staff members, possibly including the General Counsel.

The interview process was fine overall. I interviewed with about 3 or 4 people. They asked standard interview questions and they were nice and respectful. They were not intimidating.

Had an initial screening where my salary expectations were discussed and found to be lower than theirs, but they still wanted me to come in for onsite interviews. I went in thinking maybe there was room for negotiation, which was a mistake. I met with 4 different people, and it went on for hours. The meetings were totally unstructured, with people coming and going randomly. The hiring manager told me I'd definitely hear back soon, but I never did – no response, not even a rejection email. I've since accepted another job, so obviously I didn't need to let them know. This whole thing was a total waste of my time, and I really shouldn't have bothered with the onsite. A follow-up, even just a rejection, would have been nice, but the complete silence felt really unprofessional, rude, and amateurish.
